Younghusband Commences Construction

The Deputy Lord Major of Melbourne, Cr Nicholas Reece attended the Built site, as construction commenced to transform the 120-year-old Younghusband Woolstores in Kensington. Younghusband will become Melbourne’s largest carbon neutral adaptive reuse precinct, reimagining and revitalising one of the city’s largest heritage sites and opening it to the community for the first time as a connected and sustainable destination for work and play.

Thank you to our joint venture partners, Irongate and Ivanhoe Cambridge and project partners including Woods Bagot who joined us to mark the start of construction and take a sneak peek at what’s in store for this exciting heritage workplace project.
