The third and final stage of our redevelopment has officially received planning permission from the Minister for Planning.
Stage three will see the creation of a new six-storey building to the east of stage one, made up of office and retail space, as well as a recreational facility and food and beverage outlets.
It will also add an integrated public realm and large plaza to provide opportunities for the community to gather and connect.
This is an exciting milestone for our project as we move towards completion of stage one later this year.
